Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient operation of software systems across multiple platforms and environments.
- Provide technical and customer support while troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to maintain, optimize, and support mission-critical applications.
- Use low-code/no-code tools to streamline workflows and automate processes.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain software systems and components.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions with attention to security and user experience.
- Create technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years and up to 20 years of professional experience in software development, technical support, or system administration in a production or enterprise environment.
- Experience with at least one back-end language such as Java or C++ and one front-end framework or library such as Angular, React, or JSP.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies and protocols.
- Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries and understanding of relational databases such as MSSQL or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, or maintaining software in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience with issue tracking systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk and support workflows.
- Working knowledge of Git and SVN.
- Understanding of access control, identity management, and secure software configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, diagnostic, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and work independently and collaboratively.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred experience with React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring; complex SQL queries, procedures, or reports; Jenkins, GitHub, or infrastructure automation; enterprise IT environments; and customer-facing technical roles.
- A master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience is preferred.
