Responsibilities
- Build solutions that enable engineering teams to deploy code quickly, reliably, and securely.
- Maintain the availability, scalability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
- Provision cloud resources according to capacity, computing, and security requirements.
- Apply zero-trust and least-privilege security practices across critical systems and resources.
- Partner with development teams on DevOps and infrastructure initiatives.
- Evaluate alternative solutions to improve internal DevOps processes.
- Monitor and refine monitoring for critical infrastructure and applications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.
- At least 3 years of experience managing AWS infrastructure, including EKS, RDS, and S3, plus professional experience with CI/CD tooling and concepts.
- Experience working at a similar level within an engineering team.
- A STEM degree is preferred, but equivalent experience or an alternative route is accepted.
- A proven track record of measurable impact, strong initiative, and careful attention to detail.
