Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy LLM-powered AI agents using Python.
- Design agentic AI workflows, tool calling, and multi-agent systems.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, APIs, and external tools.
- Evaluate, monitor, and improve agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices.
- Optimize AI applications for performance and resource utilization.
- Maintain and improve existing applications for reliability and efficiency.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in Agent Development.
- Four to five years of overall professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, and agent frameworks.
- Proficiency in Agent Development is required.
- Experience with Python, Large Language Models, and Agentic Design is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, full-stack development, scalable APIs, and microservices.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and continuous integration and deployment practices.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert.
