Responsibilities

Own strategic technical account roadmaps and engagement strategies for large enterprise opportunities and customers.
Architect and lead integration strategies across customer accounts to support horizontal expansion.
Lead deep technical engagements and build trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders.
Create and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and PoCs/PoTs showcasing Arango’s capabilities.
Build functional real-world demos incorporating Arango’s database and AI capabilities.
Evangelize Arango’s AI suite at industry events, webinars, and panel discussions.
Contribute to technical whitepapers and provide product feedback to the wider community.
Solve complex client technical challenges by architecting optimal and reliable solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
10+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting for enterprise AI, databases, big data systems, analytics, or machine learning.
Proven expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
Deep experience with vector/NoSQL databases, LLM integration, and RAG architectures.
Ability to map complex business requirements to robust technical solutions.
Fluency in Python and SQL, with experience in distributed database systems.
Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, tenacity, teamwork, high energy, and continuous-learning orientation.
Preferred: experience with graph databases or frameworks and technical understanding of enterprise data and AI/ML tooling, workflows, and trends.

Work-from-home arrangement.
Travel to client locations is required.
