Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate a safe and efficient Ethereum staking protocol
- Design and deploy Solidity smart contracts for staking and restaking strategies
- Build backend systems to automate on-chain operations, secure user flows, and integrate protocol logic
- Perform rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation
- Serve as a security guardian for Ether.fi’s Web3 technology stack and operations
- Oversee validators and optimize protocol efficiency
Requirements
- Strong programming and design skills in Solidity
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Careful attention to secure smart contract code, edge cases, and failure modes
- Hands-on blockchain or smart contract experience, such as building contracts, auditing protocols, using DeFi protocols, or developing MEV bots
- At least four years of industry experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, open-ended environment
