Base Salary
$120k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the safest and most efficient Ethereum Staking Protocol.
- Design and deploy Solidity smart contracts for staking and restaking strategies.
- Build backend systems to automate on-chain operations and secure user flows.
- Engage in rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Participate as the security guardian in securing ether.fi's web3 tech stacks.
Requirements
- Strong programming and design skills in Solidity.
- Solid fundamentals in software engineering and problem-solving.
- Commitment to clean and secure smart contract code.
- Experience in fast-moving environments with open-ended specifications.
- At least 4 years of industry experience.
