Responsibilities

Design and build software solutions with product owners to meet business needs.
Manage product backlogs and prioritize development tasks.
Participate in sprint and release planning activities.
Develop, test, maintain, and review high-quality code.
Build full-stack applications across services, APIs, and infrastructure.
Support deployments, optimize performance, and resolve critical issues outside standard hours when needed.
Collaborate with analysts and vendors during testing phases.
Engage stakeholders to understand business processes.
Coordinate cross-team delivery efforts.
Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or IT.
7+ years of software development experience.
Proficiency in Java, Python, and Django.
Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Strong knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitLab.
Expertise in AWS services and architecture.
Investment-industry experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain attention to quality.
