Responsibilities
- Develop firmware for debuggers, programmers, and new hardware tools.
- Understand device programming specifications and requirements.
- Add new part support and features to existing tools.
- Develop and perform unit tests for new device support.
- Update automated test scripts for new devices.
- Work with design, applications, and global teams.
- Support internal and external customers.
Requirements
- BE or equivalent degree in Electronics or an allied branch.
- 2 to 6 years of firmware development experience.
- Knowledge of PIC, dsPIC, ARM, or AVR microcontroller architectures.
- Good knowledge of C and assembly programming languages.
- Hardware design and schematic knowledge is advantageous.
- Knowledge of any scripting language is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
