Responsibilities
- Build client experiences using reusable UI components, templates, and experience patterns.
- Develop scalable web features and enhancements.
- Integrate content management platform capabilities and build or consume APIs and data services.
- Ensure accessibility, performance, security, and SEO standards.
- Support testing, release readiness, and production stability.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices and automate repetitive engineering activities.
- Promote modern engineering standards and scalable delivery approaches.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define solutions and manage dependencies and delivery risks.
Requirements
- Experience with modern web development practices and AI-powered development tools.
- Knowledge of automated testing practices, CI, and TDD.
- Experience with Angular, React, HTML5, Web Components, NX Monorepo architecture, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with content management systems such as AEM, Bloomreach, and Jahia.
- Knowledge of API design and integration practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of accessibility, performance, SEO, and security standards.
- Experience with analytics and marketing technologies.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to work across global teams and functions.
