$209k - $280k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable ML infrastructure, including feature stores and data pipelines.
Contribute to the development and optimization of Sponsored Results auction algorithms.
Partner with Sales and Product teams to ensure optimal platform performance.
Rapidly ship new features and scalable code to millions of users.
Mentor peers to foster growth and collaboration.

4+ years of experience building, deploying, and maintaining production ML systems.
Demonstrated ability to design ML platforms or shared infrastructure.
Strong background in building scalable algorithms with a focus on performance.
Experience with predictive models or auction mechanics in digital marketing.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and align solutions with business outcomes.
Good understanding of ML concepts and experience with training models.
Proficiency in languages and tools like Python and Scala.
5+ years of experience in professional software development.
A Computer Science or related degree is preferred.
