Responsibilities
- Respond to production incidents and investigate technical problems.
- Conduct post-mortems and communicate incident outcomes with clients.
- Answer customer questions and recommend improvements to infrastructure quality.
- Maintain the operational stability and availability of client infrastructures.
- Optionally participate in on-call rotations on a voluntary basis.
Requirements
- Have a strong academic background from an engineering school.
- Have a first professional experience with infrastructure or cloud technologies, especially Kubernetes.
- Demonstrate rigor and stress-management skills for rapid intervention in production environments.
- Participate in a technical debugging interview focused on Docker during the hiring process.
