Responsibilities
- Design and implement software for the LenelS2 OnGuard platform.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Support team members in their development.
- Shape software architecture and contribute to the strategy for further software development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Very good knowledge of C++14 or later, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and client-server architecture.
- Experience with and willingness to use GenAI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and OpenAI Codex.
- Good written and verbal English and Polish communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with distributed or high-performance systems, product requirements, C#, .NET Framework, RabbitMQ, Rust, and Visual Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred.
