Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy software components for customer-care applications.
- Develop scalable and highly available software solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Create voice, chat, and other applications supporting frontline customer teams.
- Document software code, system designs, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams and communicate technical ideas effectively.
- Apply current and emerging technologies and identify opportunities for system and process improvement.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
- Have one or more courses remaining in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program after the internship.
- Be adaptable and collaborative in a dynamic work environment.
