Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver AI capabilities for Fidelity’s engineering teams.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies in collaboration with multifunctional teams.
- Advocate for software engineering best practices and principles.
- Contribute to open-source projects and participate in engineering foundations such as FINOS.
- Share technical expertise and knowledge with the engineering community.
- Support a continuous learning culture through ongoing exploration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with two or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or Rust.
- Hands-on experience using AI-based tooling such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
- Passion for new AI technologies and continuous learning.
- Bonus: experience building agents, skills, or AI-driven workflows.
