Base Salary
$160k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy Blitzy in complex enterprise environments and deliver value alongside customer engineering teams.
- Embed with customers during implementations, supporting sprint planning, architecture reviews, and technical decisions.
- Translate business and executive goals into technical implementations, custom integrations, extensions, scripts, and reusable tools.
- Write production-quality code integrating Blitzy with enterprise systems and debug issues across customer infrastructure and the Blitzy platform.
- Create technical demonstrations, drive proofs of concept toward enterprise deployments, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Advise engineering leaders, translate technical possibilities into business outcomes, and decompose executive vision into engineering roadmaps.
- Identify recurring customer patterns and collaborate with product and engineering teams on platform improvements, documentation, reusable practices, and core product contributions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience with a record of shipping production code.
- Fluency in multiple programming languages, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or C#.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud architecture, and Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with enterprise software development lifecycles, Jira, legacy system modernization, and large-scale migrations.
- Ability to navigate complex technical environments and build relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from interns to CTOs.
- Experience in customer-facing engineering, high-growth startups, AI/ML, developer tools, or enterprise modernization is preferred.
- Technical thought leadership through blogs, talks, or open-source contributions is preferred.
- Passion for AI-powered software development.

- Hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week on-site with customers and 2 days per week at Blitzy headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
- Base salary range of $160,000-$220,000 plus bonus and equity.
