Base Salary
$90k - $105k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with staff to increase productivity and efficiency of data analysis using high-performance computing.
- Develop dedicated and efficient computer software using modern programming languages and techniques.
- Automate data segmentation and visualization processes.
- Create numerical model simulations and perform image analysis.
- Participate in research projects by developing software for analyzing experimental data.
- Provide technical support for various computer systems and statistical analyses.
- Assist in project management and provide statistical support to staff.
- Interface with staff to gather project requirements and execute plans.
- Support and maintain scientific computer systems in a high-performance environment.
- Perform quality assurance and troubleshoot issues with image analysis.
Requirements
- Strong background in computer science and programming.
- Experience with high-performance computing and data analysis.
- Familiarity with machine learning and statistical analysis software.
- Ability to develop software for data visualization and automation.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with research staff.
