Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end system features spanning user experience, front-end integration, and backend code.
- Design scalable and maintainable software solutions using ServiceNow ITSM and cloud-based platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project goals and deliverables.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Document development processes and technical solutions clearly and thoroughly.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Work independently and grow into a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM.
- Strong understanding of full stack development and front-end/back-end integration.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation in ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Skill in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
