Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Tech, Customer Support, and other teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, prototype, and build internal tools and MVPs that optimize processes and improve customer experience.
  • Build services, automate tasks, integrate internal and external APIs, and work with SQL.
  • Pitch and test ideas quickly, then refine solutions using internal or external user feedback.
  • Work autonomously in a flexible, cross-functional environment while learning and sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Foundational backend or full-stack development experience with at least one of Python, JavaScript with Node.js, Ruby, React, Next.JS, Vue, or Angular.
  • A technical background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; candidates may be finishing their studies or recently graduated.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, databases, and SQL.
  • Fluent Spanish and fluent English.
  • Curiosity, initiative, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
  • Side projects, automated internal workflows, or problem-solving tools are preferred but not required.
