Responsibilities
- Manage the overall technical relationship between AWS and customers in Finland and the Baltics.
- Design and recommend cloud architectures optimized for business agility, innovation, performance, resiliency, cost, and security.
- Lead architecture reviews, whiteboarding sessions, demos, technical workshops, and other customer-facing activities.
- Educate customers on AWS capabilities and support successful cloud deployment and workload modernization.
- Create and share technical content, best practices, reference architectures, code samples, blog posts, and presentations.
- Represent customer needs internally to inform AWS feature roadmaps.
- Collaborate with account management, professional services, support, product teams, and AWS partners.
- Hire, coach, and mentor others while contributing to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organization.
Requirements
- Experience in a relevant technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Working knowledge of software development practices and technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work across internal and external organizations.
- Comfort presenting to executives, IT management, and developers.
- Preferred experience in infrastructure or software architecture, including databases, networking, and security.
- Preferred experience in pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture for technology or software sales.
- Preferred experience with enterprise cloud adoption and operating workloads on AWS.
- Knowledge of cloud-native design patterns, DevOps practices, and AWS services is preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML and AIDLC is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering, or equivalent relevant technology experience, is preferred.
