Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of machine learning solutions, from case reviews and hypothesis formulation through A/B testing and production automation.
- Develop and tune Contextual Bandits, Deep Q-Networks, Double DQN, Bayesian optimization, and other inferential solutions.
- Build robust data pipelines, inferential models, deployment workflows, and reliable production systems.
- Continuously optimize models for incremental lift estimation and causal inference.
- Define engineering standards, evaluate and adopt technologies, and provide technical leadership and management to offshore development teams.
- Contribute to optimization efforts across customer complaints, collections, and offer optimization.
Requirements
- 1-5+ years of industry machine learning experience with excellent engineering skills.
- Strong theoretical and practical experience with reinforcement learning, bandit algorithms, Bayesian inference, and optimization techniques.
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Boosted Trees, and Scikit-Learn.
- Required experience with SQL and data manipulation.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, Databricks, or similar ML cloud platforms, including building deployment pipelines.
- Strong background in experiment design, A/B testing, and causal inference.
- Ability to analyze messy operational data and identify useful mathematical structure.
