Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of machine learning solutions from hypothesis formulation to automation.
- Develop and deploy advanced inferential solutions using techniques like Contextual Bandits and Deep Q-Networks.
- Create robust data pipelines and ensure the reliability of solutions in production.
- Continuously optimize machine learning models for efficiency and causal inference.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to offshore development teams.
Requirements
- 1-5+ years of industry experience in machine learning with strong engineering skills.
- Expertise in Reinforcement Learning and optimization techniques.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud-native ML platforms such as AWS Sagemaker or Databricks.
- Strong background in experiment design, A/B testing, and causal inference.
