Responsibilities
- Implement MDLinx features that improve the product and its user impact.
- Contribute to software-system design, code reviews, documentation, automated tests, quality gates, and maintainable code.
- Evaluate AI-generated plans and code, identify errors, and improve reliable agentic coding workflows.
- Identify repetitive engineering work suitable for AI-assisted or automated workflows while preserving human review for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot pre-production and production bugs with support from senior engineers.
- Collaborate with engineering, non-engineering partners, and other M3 business units to meet team and company objectives.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field, or equivalent software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of software development experience; internships, co-ops, academic projects, open-source contributions, and substantial personal projects may count.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, relational databases, and Git.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform; MDLinx uses AWS, GCP, and Vercel.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and the ability to explain their benefits and limitations.
- Clear communication, willingness to ask questions early, and ability to learn new technologies and the media, content production, and pharmaceutical domains.
