Responsibilities
- Fine-tune Large Language Models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Analyze model outputs and implement strategies to improve model relevance and performance.
- Evaluate models using performance metrics and optimize training and fine-tuning processes.
- Work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, provide solutions, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and mentor junior team members.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in model development and fine-tuning.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- At least three years of professional experience is required.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
