Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve front-end and back-end features.
- Become the Angular reference for the team.
- Structure development, testing, and code-quality practices.
- Support developers in their technical choices and professional progression.
- Discuss needs with business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions.
- Use AI tools in development practices.
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues while supporting the project team.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience, including experience as a lead or technical reference.
- Strong command of Angular, Java, Spring, and Elasticsearch.
- Ability to structure project practices and support a development team.
- Interest in progressing toward architecture responsibilities in the short term.
- Ability to use AI tools in professional activities.
- Ideally, familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous deployment.
- Ideally, familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, and NLP.
- Ideally, knowledge of fixed-price project engagements.
- Strong communication, listening, teaching, rigor, and service orientation.
