Responsibilities
- Develop request, approval, and provisioning flows using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Implement SharePoint site templates and PnP provisioning with policies, sharing boundaries, and sensitivity labels.
- Integrate ServiceNow and JIRA for approvals and audit trails.
- Automate access reviews, entitlement packages, and just-in-time access using Graph API and PowerShell.
- Enforce Conditional Access and sharing policies through configuration baselines.
- Build telemetry and control-health dashboards using KQL and Microsoft 365 usage data.
- Maintain CI/CD, testing, and release governance using Azure DevOps and Bitbucket.
- Support operational escalations and root-cause analyses and deliver deployment documentation and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Hands-on SharePoint Online development or administration experience with SPFx, PnP Framework or PowerShell, CSOM, and Graph API.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, secure APIs, and PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with Entra ID B2B, Conditional Access, Access Reviews, and Privileged Identity Management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels and Data Loss Prevention.
- Solid C# and TypeScript skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
- Ability to support escalations and root-cause analyses and produce deployment guides, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
