Base Salary
$104k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow software products and customer-defined systems.
- Use Flow Designer to configure requested items and tasks and manage business processes.
- Design and create Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Formatters.
- Develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform component integration tests.
- Participate in customer requirements workshops and collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and platform teams.
- Participate in agile scrums, backlog grooming, sprint planning, product demonstrations, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of applicable experience.
- Intermediate-level understanding of ServiceNow and intermediate programming skills.
- Ability to attain DHS EOD clearance.
- Experience working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Developers.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- At least one certification: Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified ServiceNow Administrator, or Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, CSM, or a similar area.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow SecOps, Security Incident Response, or ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
