Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy authenticated, observable MCP servers that expose logistics domain services as AI-consumable tools.
- Build multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks and agent-to-agent communication protocols.
- Develop RAG, KAG, and CAG knowledge retrieval pipelines and hybrid architectures for static, dynamic, and multi-hop domain queries.
- Implement LLM integration layers including prompt engineering, function calling, structured output parsing, and model routing.
- Translate operational workflows into agent capabilities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Deploy and maintain agent infrastructure on Kubernetes using GitOps practices and observability tooling.
Requirements
- Requires 2–3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Requires production-grade AI application development in Python rather than only notebook or prototype experience.
- Requires hands-on LLM integration experience with function calling, tool use, and structured outputs using OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google APIs.
- Requires understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, AI/ML concepts, and knowledge retrieval patterns including RAG, with familiarity with KAG and CAG.
- Requires proficiency with SQL and at least one analytical data platform such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Requires experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration, including Kubernetes.
- Background in MCP, agent orchestration frameworks, knowledge graphs, or streaming data systems is a strong asset.
- Strong communication skills and experience in interdisciplinary or team-based environments are required.
