Responsibilities
- Lead the chassis electronics and software domain across braking, steering, suspension, and ride control systems.
- Define chassis control architecture aligned with OEM and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee integration of ECU software, sensors, and actuators for chassis systems.
- Drive ISO 26262 functional safety and ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity compliance.
- Collaborate with ADAS, Powertrain, HPC, Safety & Security, OEM, Tier-1, and supplier teams.
- Mentor engineering teams and oversee testing, validation, and system performance tuning.
- Shape chassis technology strategy with OEMs, Tier-1s, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in automotive ECU software.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computers, electronics, or a related stream.
- Strong expertise in vehicle dynamics, braking, steering, and chassis electronics.
- Proven leadership in chassis ECU software and hardware integration projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, RTOS, control algorithms, and embedded C/C++.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, and HIL/SIL model-based development.
- Familiarity with CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet, UDS, and DoIP diagnostics.
- Deep understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety and ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical or domain lead role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
