Base Salary
$90k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain OpenClaw and other agentic skills and workflows across the GTM organization.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success/Account Management, and Partnerships to identify and automate high-leverage tasks.
- Connect agents to existing GTM tools through APIs, data sources, and third-party services.
- Prototype quickly, release capabilities to real users, and iterate based on feedback.
- Diagnose and fix broken agent workflows while owning their reliability.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience; new graduates and early-career builders are welcome.
- Hands-on OpenClaw or agentic experience, such as Hermes Agent, LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom LLM/API projects, is required.
- Experience building agent skills and workflows and understanding how agent frameworks behave in practice is required.
- Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and ship working automations.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to changing technical requirements.
- Clear communication skills for working with executives and GTM teams.
- A GitHub profile demonstrating consistent activity.
- Experience with AI asset generation, security, or compliance is a bonus.
- Side projects, hackathons, or other self-directed builds are nice to have.
- Experience with Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms is nice to have.
- Experience with GCP, MongoDB, or ClickHouse is a bonus.
