Base Salary
$136k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software and EDA/CAD tools for custom circuit and chip development.
- Support pre-silicon and post-silicon hardware design projects involving silicon data, process variation, VLSI, and timing analysis.
- Design and maintain data storage, user interfaces, testing, deployment, and other components across the full tool lifecycle.
- Work with backend engineers and data analytics teams to improve development infrastructure and software solutions.
- Collaborate with multifunctional, cross-team, and regional partners.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong programming skills in multiple languages, including C++, Tcl, Python, Perl, or Shell.
- Prior experience developing tools involving GUIs, database management, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with AI models for code development and code reviews, MCP, agent skills, agent orchestration, and spec-driven development.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, learning, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Benefits

- Base salary ranges of $136,000–$218,500 for Level 3 and $168,000–$264,500 for Level 4.
