Base Salary

$115k - $195k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a lead technical developer and owner for the AI Code Scanner platform.
  • Modernize, enhance, scale, and architect the platform for long-term evolution.
  • Develop and support the React-based web application, dashboards, workflows, and administrative capabilities.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns.
  • Maintain Python-based orchestration and scanning services.
  • Integrate Azure AI Foundry and LLM-based security analysis capabilities.
  • Enhance automated vulnerability analysis, reporting, and verification workflows.
  • Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and ephemeral runner infrastructure.
  • Improve automation, reliability, observability, and deployment processes.
  • Design and support Azure services including Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Monitoring and Logging, and Azure Entra ID.
  • Deliver new scanning and reporting capabilities and expand AI-powered vulnerability detection.
  • Drive modernization of architecture and development practices.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience and experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in regulated environments.
  • Expert-level React development, JavaScript, TypeScript, modern SPA architecture, REST APIs, and authentication integrations.
  • Expert-level Python development, API design and integration, automation and orchestration frameworks, and test automation and quality engineering.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipeline design, infrastructure automation, and container technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Entra ID, managed identities, and Azure RBAC.
  • Experience integrating large language models, Azure AI Foundry or equivalent AI platforms, and agent-based workflows.
  • Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle practices, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, secrets management, container security, application security, and vulnerability management.
  • Preferred experience building security scanning platforms and AI-assisted developer or security tooling.
  • Preferred background in Application Security or DevSecOps and experience with SARIF and static analysis tools.
  • Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, sandboxed execution environments, Azure APIM, enterprise networking, and financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Ability to independently own and evolve a strategic cybersecurity platform.
