Responsibilities
- Deploy, integrate, install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and support OpenStack-based cloud platform environments and containerized solutions.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for deployment, configuration, and operational automation.
- Investigate and resolve incidents through JIRA while collaborating with global teams to ensure service continuity.
- Monitor platform performance and system health using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
- Experience with OpenStack, containers, and cloud platform deployments.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with Ansible automation, configuration management, and operational support.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and JIRA.
