Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives and procurement technology ecosystems.
- Develop and maintain High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, solution blueprints, integration specifications, and architecture decision records.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, target-state architectures, technology standards, and architecture roadmaps.
- Lead architecture reviews, governance, and approval of functional, technical, and integration specifications across product and engineering teams.
- Design SaaS-to-SaaS and SaaS-to-ERP integration strategies for Coupa, SAP S/4HANA/ECC, Ironclad CLM, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, and other procurement applications.
- Define API governance, lifecycle management, reusable integration frameworks, data exchange models, system interoperability, and cross-application workflows.
- Lead solution architecture for Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Support platform evaluation, technology selection, risk management, dependency management, and solution trade-off decisions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout discovery, implementation, deployment, and hypercare.
- Design hybrid and cloud-based enterprise integration architectures using SAP Business Technology Platform, WSO2, Azure API Gateway, Azure integration services, and Adobe Experience Manager on Azure.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and security standards and identify innovation opportunities involving AI, automation, analytics, and emerging procurement technologies.
Requirements
- 14–16 years of overall experience and 8+ years in enterprise applications or procurement technology with strong integration architecture experience.
- At least 4+ years of experience in Solution Architecture roles supporting Procurement or Source-to-Pay platforms.
- Strong experience creating HLD, LLD, solution architecture documents, integration specifications, and technical design documents.
- Expertise in API-led architecture and enterprise integration design.
- Hands-on experience designing SaaS-to-SaaS and SaaS-to-ERP integrations.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale hybrid integration architectures.
- Strong implementation and architecture experience with one or more of Coupa, SAP S/4HANA/ECC, Ironclad CLM, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or other procurement and supply chain applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
