Base Salary
$170k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship RPM growth initiatives from initial concept through production, including enrollment flows, patient outreach, engagement features, and provider tools.
- Translate patient and provider feedback into product improvements.
- Help shape system architecture as the platform scales.
- Work with the team on Aria, the AI coach.
- Own bug and vulnerability management, including triage and resolution.
- Investigate patient support cases requiring engineering expertise.
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years of experience shipping products and providing technical leadership on systems that scaled significantly.
- Experience founding a company or being an early engineer at a startup.
- Ability to turn ambiguous growth ideas into plans, shipped products, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong full-stack TypeScript experience across frontend, backend, and data work.
- Experience building with AI tools and evaluating their output appropriately.
- Strong product sense and care for patient and clinician user experience.
