Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and usability testing.
- Design and maintain a shared Figma design system with components, tokens, and patterns across product and web experiences.
- Translate ambiguous product, engineering, and marketing requirements into validated interaction and visual design solutions.
- Hand-code pixel-perfect, accessible HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS and ship production UI using React and/or Angular.
- Build and maintain marketing sites, landing pages, campaigns, and brand experiences.
- Ensure WCAG and Section 508 accessibility, multilingual support, and RTL support across interfaces.
- Optimize performance and responsiveness across devices and screen sizes.
- Use analytics and A/B testing to validate post-launch design decisions.
- Use AI-assisted tools while reviewing and taking accountability for the accuracy, completeness, compliance, and quality of final outputs.
Requirements
- 5+ years designing and developing production web interfaces across both design and engineering.
- A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from research and wireframes through shipped UI.
- Expertise in hand-coded HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Bootstrap, plus hands-on React and/or Angular experience.
- Required fluency in Figma and familiarity with XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with working knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, and RTL/multilingual design.
- Enterprise SaaS experience and comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to produce clean, standards-compliant W3C code.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Prior ownership of a marketing site, CMS campaigns, and a product design system is preferred.
- Deep RTL/bidirectional layout experience and comfort with AI-assisted design and development workflows are preferred.
