Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components for production-ready enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust and scalable software efficiently.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
- Maintain software quality and compliance while continuously improving development and operational practices.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development life cycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Hands-on experience with Java full-stack development and at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or a similar certification is preferred.
