Base Salary
$70k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Empower developers to create geospatial apps using ArcGIS Maps SDKs.
- Create clear guides, tutorials, and API documentation.
- Test new features to ensure accurate representation of workflows.
- Translate customer needs into actionable documentation improvements.
- Address customer-reported documentation issues.
- Engage with the developer community through blogs and social media.
- Support users at conferences and in online forums.
Requirements
- 1+ years of developer experience with a software development platform.
- Experience with documentation workflows using Markdown, YAML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or similar.
- Ability to communicate complex API concepts clearly.
- Solid understanding of Git and content management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field.
