Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI enterprise applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Build LLM-powered solutions, RAG architectures, vector-database knowledge retrieval, and Agentic AI workflows.
- Develop AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Perform prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, databases, business systems, and REST APIs.
- Create Python API services, data-processing pipelines, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Support cloud deployment, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD automation, model lifecycle management, and application monitoring.
- Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues and document architectures, development processes, and operations.
- Collaborate with application developers, DevOps engineers, business teams, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Working knowledge of Python and exposure to LLM-based application development.
- Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, AI agents, and tool integration.
- Experience with REST API development, SQL, data modeling, data processing, and relational or vector databases.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Basic knowledge of Git, version control, code reviews, DevOps concepts, CI/CD, Docker, and Linux.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise Generative AI experience, agentic AI framework experience, cloud AI service experience, vector-database experience, chatbot or copilot development, Java/Spring Boot knowledge, and enterprise integration experience.
- English-Korean bilingual communication skills are preferred or required as indicated by the job title.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ability to learn emerging technologies quickly.
Benefits
- Contract position for one year, renewable.
- Work location is Plano, Texas.
- Pay rate is up to $7699.43 per month, depending on experience.
