Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack identity-solution features across front-end, back-end, API, and database layers.
- Build and enhance secure authentication, authorization, and single sign-on workflows for customer-facing applications.
- Work with identity management systems and standards including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Collaborate with product, security, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver a reliable identity solution with strong SLA expectations.
- Help shape web application and identity architecture, participate in open-source projects, and follow secure software development policies.
- Document technical decisions, integration patterns, processes, and code.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 5 years of experience developing and delivering web-based applications.
- Experience with full-stack development, including front-end technologies, back-end services, APIs, and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Java and identity management, authentication, authorization, and single sign-on concepts.
- Familiarity with SAML-based integrations and identity standards such as OAuth or OpenID Connect.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative software development practices.
- Equivalent combinations of related education, training, and experience may substitute for the stated qualifications.
- Preferred experience includes Keycloak, Okta, Auth0, SSO integrations, Spring Framework or related Java web frameworks, Maven, POM, JavaScript, front-end frameworks, Microsoft SQL Server, Git, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows.
