Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap and target architecture for the IAM Self-Service Platform.
- Lead the shift toward Zero Trust through continuous authentication, dynamic authorization, least-privilege access, and micro-segmentation integration.
- Design scalable integrations among the Python/React self-service portal, identity systems, governance platforms, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Define API governance, secure data access layers, non-functional requirements, architectural patterns, and observability and telemetry strategies.
- Collaborate with product, technical, business analysis, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, quality, and engineering stakeholders.
- Represent the product on the Architecture Review Board and cybersecurity committees.
- Conduct proofs of concept for identity technologies, passwordless access, and identity threat detection and response.
- Author architectural requirements dossiers, technical standards, engineering specifications, integration patterns, threat models, and risk assessments.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 4+ years as an Enterprise, Software, or Solution Architect in large-scale IAM or enterprise security environments.
- Expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, API Gateway patterns, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native designs across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Comprehensive IAM expertise, including IGA, PAM, Zero Trust Architecture, NIST SP 800-207, and RBAC/ABAC models.
- Architectural knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, SCIM, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and identity platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Ping Identity, Okta, or SailPoint.
- Strong architectural knowledge of Python, React, SQL Server, and PowerShell/automation workflows.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills in a multicultural, international environment.
- CISSP, CCSP, TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect Professional, or ArchiMate certifications are preferred.
