Base Salary
$109k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
- Design and support automated Kubernetes deployments using Amazon EKS, Argo CD, Helm, and Terraform.
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, Golang, or similar languages.
- Partner with platform engineering, development, security, and infrastructure teams to implement scalable automation solutions.
- Manage source control, artifact management, code quality validation, and release workflows using Git, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
- Support integration and regression testing in Kubernetes environments and improve compliance, security, and release performance.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or software automation roles supporting CI/CD environments.
- At least 6 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting secure CI/CD pipelines.
- At least 6 years of experience with Kubernetes automation and deployment management using tools such as Argo CD, Helm, Terraform, or Amazon EKS.
- At least 5 years of experience developing automation solutions with Python, Bash, Golang, or similar languages.
- Experience with Git, Artifactory, SonarQube, integration and regression testing, and security and compliance controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise GitLab CI/CD frameworks, zero-downtime database upgrades using Liquibase or Flyway, SaaS environments, and cloud-native distributed platform operations.
Benefits
- The role is onsite Monday through Friday.
- The salary range is $109,000.00-$152,000.00 for employees in Maryland, with ranges potentially differing by state.
- Certain positions are commissions eligible.
