Responsibilities
- Design and build an extensible React-based component system for cyber teams and customer integrations.
- Build user experiences for command and control, autonomous cyber behavior trees, SIGINT analysis tools, and data exfiltration pipelines.
- Work with design teams and cyber subject matter experts to create a new UX product for offensive cyber missions.
- Collaborate directly with program teams and customers as they build missions using the products.
- Contribute to technical leadership, architecture clarity, maintainability, and the Lattice software platform core.
- Incorporate AI/LLM-enabled workflow features when they improve analyst or operator effectiveness without compromising reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production software.
- Strong frontend experience with modern TypeScript and React application development, or Angular, Vue.js, or similar tools.
- Ability to debug across logs, networking, interfaces, configuration, and hardware/software boundaries.
- Practical experience with Linux and containerized deployment.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering teams and translate ambiguous requirements into clear user experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reviews and architecture discussions.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Washington, DC or Orange County, CA metro area.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Must be eligible for a U.S. security clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include AI/LLM integration experience, technical leadership or productization experience, customer-facing engineering experience, air-gapped or constrained deployment experience, offensive or defensive cyber experience, or an active U.S. security clearance.
