Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and functional teams to identify workflow automation and AI-assisted decision-making opportunities.
- Translate complex operational processes into structured problem statements, system designs, and technical workflows.
- Build agents, workflow automations, and internal applications using corporate data systems and enterprise tools.
- Prototype with LLMs, agent frameworks, and MCPs, then iterate based on early user feedback.
- Design reliable agent architectures and move prototypes into scalable, maintainable production solutions.
- Evaluate build-versus-buy options and select appropriate technical approaches for AI workflows.
- Create reusable components, templates, and playbooks to accelerate AI transformation across the firm.
- Define KPIs, measure impact, and drive adoption of delivered solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with a record of shipping systems that others depend on.
- Strong engineering fundamentals across APIs, data, and systems design.
- Experience building internal tools or automation systems for business teams.
- Ability to quickly understand platforms and convert business context into reliable technical solutions.
- Systems-thinking ability to identify structural workflow inefficiencies and redesign processes.
- Bias toward iterative delivery and learning from real-world use.
- Credibility with senior business and technology leaders and ability to communicate difficult topics clearly.
- Comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and independently identifying problems to solve.
