Responsibilities

Drive successful technical evaluations and solution designs for customers.
Lead technical discovery, architecture design, and proof-of-concept phases.
Author reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications.
Integrate Databricks with third-party applications.
Engage with the technical community through workshops and seminars.
Form successful relationships with clients to provide technical and business value.

Pre-sales or post-sales experience with external clients.
Understanding of customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles.
Experience demonstrating technical concepts through presentations.
Experience designing and implementing architectures in public clouds.
Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Apache Spark, AI, and Hadoop.
Fluent coding experience in Python or Scala, with knowledge of Java and R desirable.
Experience working with Enterprise Accounts.
Written and verbal fluency in Japanese.
