Responsibilities

Learn tools, technologies, and engineering practices used in the design, development, validation, and delivery of Fluence products and systems.
Contribute to product validation and quality assurance automation.
Support continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.
Execute and maintain automated test suites.
Participate in troubleshooting, defect analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with software developers, quality engineers, and product teams.
Help ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of software releases.

BE/B.Tech specialization in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Currently pursuing or planning to pursue an M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Basic understanding of Large Language Models and interest in using AI tools to improve engineering productivity.
Academic or personal project experience related to Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Internet of Things, or renewable energy.
Knowledge of at least one programming language: Python or JavaScript.
Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA, or similar development environments.
Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
Exposure to Jira, Git, Postman, or similar software development tools.
Interest in AI and LLM testing techniques and in testing AI-powered features for accuracy, reliability, consistency, safety, and unexpected behavior.
Understanding of software quality assurance concepts and test automation principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
