Base Salary
$68k - $75k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support users by triaging reported engineering-tool issues and answering technical questions.
- Work with the ADT triage team to resolve open tickets responsively.
- Define, manage, and improve tool-build and distribution processes.
- Research problems, propose solutions, and make corrections to tools or distribution environments.
- Create and update issue and corrective-action logs.
- Communicate significant issues and prepare and present findings reports.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve distribution-process performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Strong skills developing, coding, and deploying distribution mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux for tool/file permissions and execution.
- Strong programming experience, including Bash, Perl, and Git.
- Preferred programming and debugging experience in C, C++, and/or Fortran.
- Strong cross-functional IT/engineering, teamwork, and communication skills.
- BS degree in an IT engineering field.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
