Base Salary
$216k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own major full-stack product areas, driving features from concept to production deployment.
- Build intuitive, high-performance frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.
- Develop reliable backend services in Python, focusing on distributed systems and data pipelines.
- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and agentic frameworks to enhance intelligent workflows.
- Ship quickly through tight experimentation loops while ensuring high quality.
- Help define the technical direction and architecture of a new team and product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Experience in 0-1 product builds.
- Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, or modern AI data products.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud-based architectures.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a team.
