Responsibilities
- Own software solutions from discovery through production and translate customer, business, and technical requirements into sustainable outcomes.
- Analyze ambiguous requirements, define solution strategies, document specifications, and establish acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
- Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and improve software applications, services, and platforms using direct and approved AI-assisted approaches.
- Validate AI-assisted output and remain accountable for architecture, quality, security, compliance, correctness, and operational readiness.
- Determine and execute risk-appropriate testing, verification, and validation approaches and produce evidence of production readiness.
- Provide technical guidance through design reviews, code reviews, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and engineering best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve cross-component, production, and system-level issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Collaborate with product, design, architecture, operations, security, business stakeholders, and customers to shape effective solutions.
- Improve performance, scalability, reliability, resiliency, maintainability, delivery effectiveness, automation, and team capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in product software engineering.
- Strong experience as a full-stack software engineer.
- Advanced knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Angular, RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, SQL, relational database design, Redis, RabbitMQ, MassTransit, and Azure Service Bus.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design, and Clean Code practices.
- Ability to design, develop, test, maintain, debug, and take accountability for software produced directly or with approved code-generation tools.
- Ability to create specification-driven and evaluation-driven approaches, interpret requirements, and validate generated output.
- Knowledge of version control, relational databases, APIs, application security principles, software design, frameworks, documentation, and testing.
- Ability to provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, solve complex problems, and collaborate across stakeholders.
