Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of software solutions as part of a Software Engineering team.
- Develop secure and quality software solutions while meeting project timescales and budgets.
- Apply programming, mathematics, requirements management, system design, testing, integration, and verification techniques.
- Work alongside experienced engineers in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Develop software solutions for domains including aerospace, underwater systems, software-defined radio, and electronic countermeasure systems.
Requirements
- Three A Levels at grade B or above, a BTEC Extended Diploma at DDM, a T Level at Merit, or a Level 4 Digital Apprenticeship.
- At least five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Applicants must not already hold a relevant degree in fields such as Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Permanent right to work in the UK and ability to complete and maintain BPSS screening and SC security clearance.
- Typically, five years of continuous UK residence is needed to be eligible for SC clearance.
