Responsibilities
- Design, implement, review and troubleshoot highly scalable software.
- Analyze and refine requirements with Product Management.
- Work with engineering management to scope and plan engineering efforts.
- Collaborate with QA, Product Management, Technical Support, Documentation, and UX teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend software development experience building highly reliable, mission-critical software.
- Experience with Object-Oriented Languages, particularly Java.
- Experience working with a system of scale.
- Extra credit for experience with server-side technologies including caching, asynchronous processing, and multi-threading.
- Extra credit for experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, and SSO.
