Base Salary
$75k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and lead product features end-to-end.
- Lead and shape engineering architecture and set standards for code quality.
- Mentor and guide other engineers in adopting AI-native workflows.
- Translate vague customer requirements into polished user experiences.
- Design scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
- Build responsive UIs with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Drive architectural decisions to maximize AI-assisted development velocity.
- Ship fast and learn fast in a high urgency environment.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of professional full-stack experience at a product-first company or FAANG-level environment.
- Comfortable building features across the entire stack.
- Strong product intuition and ability to push back on requirements.
- Experience with AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code.
- Ability to direct AI to build while architecting and reviewing.
- Demonstrated recent AI-native work in the last 90 days.
