Base Salary
$75k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and lead product features from research and design through implementation, testing, and shipping
- Shape engineering architecture and establish standards for code quality, testing, and development practices across the stack
- Design scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and GCP
- Build responsive and accessible user interfaces with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui
- Mentor engineers on AI-native workflows and establish reusable engineering practices and patterns
- Translate customer requirements into polished user experiences through direct customer interaction
- Drive architectural decisions and engineering processes that improve AI-assisted development velocity
- Review, verify, and maintain AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability
Requirements
- 2–6 years of professional full-stack experience at a product-first company or FAANG-level environment
- Experience building across schema design, backend APIs, and accessible, pixel-perfect frontend interfaces
- Meaningful end-to-end ownership of a product module, infrastructure refactor, or major feature launch
- Proficiency with Claude Code, including its Interactive, Plan, Headless, Agent Teams, and Delegate modes
- Recent meaningful project experience using AI coding tools as the primary development environment
- Strong systems thinking, architectural judgment, and ability to review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability
- Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GCP, React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, state management, testing frameworks, and product analytics tools
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, communicate with customers, and apply strong product and user-experience judgment
- Preferred experience with autonomous agents, Claude Agent SDK, agentic frameworks, MCP integrations, AI image or video generation, early-stage startups, internal tooling, design systems, technical initiatives, or open-source projects
