Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging machine learning models and techniques for application within Zaizi’s specialist domain.
- Build advanced proofs of concept that turn AI research into practical customer capabilities.
- Apply data science techniques to support model research, evaluation, and refinement.
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models using Python and ML frameworks.
- Translate customer problems and domain needs into appropriate ML solutions.
- Share technical knowledge and advise on the practical application of AI within the organization.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency and hands-on programming experience in Python.
- Practical experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch for building, training, evaluating, and deploying models.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and general software engineering practices.
- Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Familiarity with Docker for packaging, deploying, and running applications across environments.
- Ability to read and evaluate ML research, assess emerging AI technologies, and create practical prototypes.
- Preferred experience with JavaScript, React, AWS, Azure, GCP, Rust, or C++.
